How quickly will I receive a response?

I have a billing question. Who should I contact?
Choose "Billing" from the category dropdown and describe your issue. Our billing team monitors that queue closely and can usually resolve issues within one business day.
I want to list my business on Recommended. How do I get started?
Head to the signup page and create a business owner account. If you have a specific partnership or press inquiry, use the contact form and select "Partnership" or "Press" as the category.
Can I update or delete a submission after sending it?
Once submitted, messages cannot be edited. If you need to add information, simply submit a second message referencing your earlier one, and our team will link them together.
