Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new features.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No, all plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or the Stripe billing portal.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your listing reverts to the Free tier. Your business listing and reviews are never deleted.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial subscription. After that, you can cancel at any time but refunds are not available for partial billing periods.

Can I manage multiple business listings?

Yes, each business listing requires its own subscription. You can manage all your listings from a single dashboard. Contact us for volume discounts on 5 or more listings.
