Took my non-Indian friends to Aabha Indian Cuisine and they were blown away. The staff helped guide us through the menu and recommended perfectly. Everything from the samosas to the gulab jamun was exceptional.

Solid Indian restaurant in Carmel. Aabha Indian Cuisine has good tikka masala and the saag paneer is nicely spiced. Vegetarian options are plentiful and everything is clearly labeled.

Authentic regional Indian cooking at Aabha Indian Cuisine. This is not your standard tikka masala place. The chef is from Kerala and the seafood curries are unlike anything else in Carmel.

The butter chicken at Aabha Indian Cuisine is the best I have had outside of Delhi. Rich, creamy sauce and perfectly tender chicken. The garlic naan is fresh from the tandoor and worth every calorie.

Incredible lunch buffet at Aabha Indian Cuisine in Carmel. Over 20 dishes and everything was fresh and flavorful. The chaat station alone is worth the price. I go every week now.

Aabha Indian Cuisine knows how to cook biryani. Aromatic rice, tender meat, and the right balance of spices. Order the raita on the side and the mango lassi to cool things down.

Best Indian food in Carmel hands down. Aabha Indian Cuisine has an extensive menu covering North and South Indian cuisine. The dosas are crispy and the sambar is deeply flavored.
