Absolute Fitness on South Beach has the equipment and atmosphere for serious training. $75/month, day passes available for $20. Good free weight section, outdoor training area. 4 stars because it gets packed from 5-7pm and the AC struggles during peak Miami heat. Early morning is the sweet spot.

Absolute Fitness runs outdoor bootcamp classes on South Beach at sunrise. $20/class or $75/month for 3x/week. Sprints in the sand, bodyweight circuits, ocean swims. The setting is unmatched — working out with the ocean breeze while tourists sleep. The coach pushes you hard. Best way to start a Miami day.
