At this point I cannot imagine using anyone else. They have become such a reliable part of my routine that switching would feel like a downgrade no matter where I went.

If I could give more than five stars I would. Not because any single visit blew my mind but because every single visit has been exactly what it should be. That reliability is rare.

Amrheins in Southie has been serving since 1890. Classic pub fare — fish and chips, shepherd's pie, cold drafts. $14-22 entrees. The bar area has that authentic old Boston feel. 4 stars because it gets packed and loud during Bruins games. But for a real neighborhood spot, this is it.

The customer service here sets them apart from everyone else in the area. They remember you, they care about the details, and they go out of their way to make it right.

A++ experience. They went above and beyond what was expected and refused to charge extra for the additional work. That kind of integrity is hard to find these days.

Nearly a year as a customer and the experience has only gotten better over time. They continuously improve their process without losing the personal touch that made them special.
