Second dinner at Archipelago. Chef Verzosa's new spring tasting menu featured foraged mushrooms and spot prawns. $85 for 8 courses. The bibingka dessert course was transcendent. This restaurant is doing something no other restaurant in Seattle is doing. Book a month ahead. Worth every effort.

Fourth dinner at Archipelago. I now recommend it to every visitor who asks where to eat in Seattle. Chef Verzosa's Filipino-Pacific NW fusion is unlike anything else in the city. The tasting menu changes seasonally and I've never had the same dish twice. $85 for 8 courses of art.

Fifth dinner at Archipelago. I've recommended it to 20+ people and at least 12 have become regulars. Chef Verzosa's Filipino-PNW fusion is building a following that will make this restaurant legendary. The summer tasting menu featured Copper River salmon with calamansi. $85 for 8 courses.
