The studio offers classes such as Slow Flow, Aerial Yoga, Yin/Restorative Yoga, Yoga Flow, Restorative Yoga Nidra, Pregnant and Post Partum Yoga, and Buti Yoga. AZ Healing Space also provides live-stream classes through Zoom for those who prefer to practice at home.
