The founder, Dulce Carranza, has over 12 years of experience and 800 hours of Yoga Vinyasa & Shamanic training, offering online and in-person wellness classes that include traditional Mexican rituals and Cacao ceremonies. She also specializes in sound healing, using crystal singing bowls and shamanic drums to guide relaxation and inner connection.
