Baptiste Power Yoga does heated power vinyasa that will challenge you physically and mentally. $22 drop-in, $165/month unlimited. The heat is intense — 95°F — but the results are real. My flexibility and stress levels improved dramatically in 3 months. South End studio, great teachers.
