Bates Electric came back to install outdoor landscape lighting and a patio outlet. $1,200 for the project. They already knew our panel from the whole-house rewire and the job took half a day. Having an electrician who knows your home saves time and money. Franklin reliable.

Good work on the main project but they left some cleanup for me to handle. Small thing but when you are paying for a service you expect the whole package. Would still recommend with that caveat.

Bates Electric added outlets and USB charging stations throughout our Franklin home office. $980 for 6 new outlets including 2 dedicated circuits. Clean work, no drywall damage. They serve the whole Nashville metro. Only 4 stars because scheduling was 2 weeks out.

Bates Electric finished the whole-house rewire on our 1960s Franklin ranch. New 200-amp panel, dedicated circuits for kitchen appliances, EV charger prep. $7,800 total. They coordinated with the drywall crew to minimize wall damage. 4 stars because the project ran a week long. But the work is clean and inspected.
