Third job with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing — this time installing a water softener. $1,200 for the system and installation. Austin water is brutally hard. The same tech has done all 3 jobs and knows our house. Consistency and trust. Every homeowner needs a reliable plumber.

Called Benjamin Franklin back for a faucet the original plumber installed 8 months ago — it started dripping. They honored the warranty and replaced the cartridge at no charge. $0. That kind of warranty service builds trust. Only 4 stars because I had to wait 3 days for the appointment.

Benjamin Franklin was professional and on time. Replaced a kitchen faucet and fixed a slow drain. The work was good but at $425 for what felt like 45 minutes of actual work, it was steep. They do waive the service fee if you hire them though.
