Best Life Chiropractic understands surfer biomechanics — shoulder impingement from paddling, lower back strain from pop-ups. $80 per adjustment. Dr. surfs himself and knows exactly how the sport stresses the body. My paddling shoulder pain resolved in 4 visits. Pacific Beach location.
