Big River Yoga provides professional yoga studio services in Minneapolis, MN. An independently owned studio in the Seward neighborhood offering alignment-based, heart-centered yoga to support a solid foundation for a life-long practice. Our studio offers classes for all levels including Vinyasa flow, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Hot yoga, Ashtanga, Prenatal, and meditation. Classes are led by certified instructors who provide modifications for beginners and challenges for advanced practitioners. First class is free for new students. Monthly unlimited memberships, class packs, and drop-in rates available. Private sessions and corporate wellness programs offered. Our heated studio maintains optimal temperature and humidity for each class style. Proudly serving Minneapolis and the Twin Cities.
