The oldest yoga center in Las Vegas, offering Iyengar Yoga classes for students of all levels, yoga therapy, and teacher training, with highly trained instructors meeting individual needs. Our studio offers classes for all levels including Vinyasa flow, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Hot yoga, Ashtanga, Prenatal, and meditation. Classes are led by certified instructors who provide modifications for beginners and challenges for advanced practitioners. First class is free for new students. Monthly unlimited memberships, class packs, and drop-in rates available. Private sessions and corporate wellness programs offered. Our heated studio maintains optimal temperature and humidity for each class style. Proudly serving Las Vegas and the Las Vegas valley.
