Blake Charles in Cow Hollow does great men's cuts and grooming. $55 for a cut with hot towel and straight razor neckline. The space is masculine and welcoming. They serve Sightglass coffee. 4 stars because booking is appointment only and they're often a week out. Quality is top tier.
