Had Bliss Plumbing back for a toilet replacement. $285 for a new Toto toilet including installation. Same honest approach — they recommended a mid-range toilet instead of upselling the $800 option. The Toto performs beautifully. Two jobs, two great experiences. Our Charlotte plumber for life.

Bliss Plumbing fixed our South End tankless water heater — the flow sensor was failing. $220 for the repair vs $2,500 the other company quoted for full replacement. They showed me the exact part and explained why a repair was the right call. Charlotte needs more honest tradespeople like this.
