About Bomb Biscuits
Founded by chef Erika Council, Bomb Biscuits specializes in Southern cuisine, particularly biscuits and breakfast sandwiches. Council learned to cook from her grandmothers and began hosting supper parties in Atlanta in 2018. We welcome guests for dine-in, takeout, and catering. Our menu features fresh, locally sourced ingredients prepared daily by our kitchen team. We accommodate dietary restrictions including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and common allergen modifications with advance notice. Private dining available for groups and special events. Online ordering and delivery available through our website and major delivery platforms. Happy hour specials and seasonal menu rotations keep our offerings fresh and exciting. Bomb Biscuits does exactly what the name says. Massive handmade biscuits with creative toppings — fried chicken, pimento cheese, country ham. $8-14 per biscuit sandwich. The sweet potato biscuit with honey butter is dessert level. East Atlanta Village, weekend lines are worth it.
