Bourbon & Bones Chophouse & Bar is a contemporary, upscale chophouse and bar known for its extensive selection of bourbons and whiskeys, complemented by a classic handcrafted cocktail program and among the largest selections of fine wines in Arizona. The menu features Prime Elite wet-aged steaks, including bone-in cuts and chops; Wagyu selections; fresh seafood; and signature side dishes. The Annex dining room, which offers outdoor patio dining, opened next door in late 2024. The modern and elegant yet unpretentious atmosphere makes it a staple in Old Town Scottsdale since 2016.
