An independent studio offering hot yoga classes since 2010, with locations in Belltown, Capitol Hill, and West Seattle, focusing on community and consistency. Our studio offers classes for all levels including Vinyasa flow, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Hot yoga, Ashtanga, Prenatal, and meditation. Classes are led by certified instructors who provide modifications for beginners and challenges for advanced practitioners. First class is free for new students. Monthly unlimited memberships, class packs, and drop-in rates available. Private sessions and corporate wellness programs offered. Our heated studio maintains optimal temperature and humidity for each class style. Proudly serving Seattle and the Puget Sound region.
