Browns installed a new 96% AFUE gas furnace to replace our 20-year-old unit before the cold hit. $4,800 including removal. They sized it properly for our 1,400 sq ft condo and the difference is massive — even heat everywhere, lower gas bills. Scheduling took 10 days though.
