Located overlooking Bde Maka Ska, it provides a comprehensive wellness environment. Our spa menu includes Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone therapy, body wraps, facials, microdermabrasion, aromatherapy, and couples treatments. Each service begins with a consultation to customize pressure, products, and focus areas to your preferences. We use organic and cruelty-free products whenever possible. Gift certificates available online and in-spa. Members receive discounted services, complimentary add-ons, and priority booking throughout the year. Serving Minneapolis and the Twin Cities. Calhoun Beach Club does spa treatments, fitness, and dining in one lakeside facility. The deep tissue massage is $145 for 90 minutes with lake views. The sauna and cold plunge circuit is included with spa services. Minneapolis winters make this kind of warm sanctuary essential for mental health.
