Capitol Bowl has been a cornerstone of the West Sacramento community since the early 1950s. Originally 'El Rancho Bowl,' it was the first racially integrated bowling alley in Northern California and the first to have women-only bowling leagues. A favorite of the Rolling Stones during their concerts in town, Capitol Bowl offers birthday parties, bowling leagues, happy hour in the bar and grill, and glow bowling. Their Cap's Bar & Grill serves delicious food and fresh drinks, making it an ideal place for company parties and birthday celebrations.
