Best kept secret in Cape Coral for Japanese food. Captain Hook's Sushi Pho Thai does not cut corners on ingredients and the attention to detail shows in every dish. Try the chirashi bowl.

Freshest sushi I have had in Cape Coral at Captain Hook's Sushi Pho Thai. The omakase was an incredible value. Chef clearly sources quality fish and the presentation was beautiful.

The ramen at Captain Hook's Sushi Pho Thai is the best in Cape Coral. Rich tonkotsu broth that has been simmering all day, perfect soft-boiled egg, and tender chashu pork. Worth every penny.

Went for happy hour at Captain Hook's Sushi Pho Thai and the half-price rolls were exceptional. The spicy tuna crunch roll is a must. Great sake selection and knowledgeable staff.

Solid Japanese food at Captain Hook's Sushi Pho Thai. The bento lunch special is great value and the miso soup is excellent. Sushi rolls are fresh and generously portioned.
