About Cardinal Shehan Center
The Cardinal Shehan Center offers a Culinary Arts Program for teens aged 14-19, teaching meal preparation, kitchen safety, and etiquette. Participants prepare a variety of meals, including Italian and Asian cuisines, and engage in hands-on cooking, guest speakers, and field trips. The program also includes preparing meals for the homeless and veterans. Classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays during the school year from 5:30pm to 7:00pm.
