The bone-in New York strip at Carnevor is my favorite cut of beef I have ever eaten. The garlic mashed potatoes and creamed spinach sides are steakhouse classics done right.

Celebrated my promotion at Carnevor and the entire experience was excellent. The wedge salad is a classic, the steak was cooked perfectly medium-rare, and the crème brûlée was flawless.

Good steakhouse in Milwaukee. Carnevor has solid cuts at fair prices compared to other steakhouses. The lobster bisque starter is worth ordering and the staff is knowledgeable.

Carnevor is an underrated gem in Milwaukee for steak. The wagyu flat iron is incredible value and the cocktail program is surprisingly excellent. Skip the flashier spots and come here.

The ribeye at Carnevor is dry-aged 28 days and the difference is immediately apparent. Perfect crust from the grill, pink in the center, and the compound butter melts right in. Best steak in Milwaukee.

Carnevor does a perfect filet mignon. Tenderness level is incredible and the truffle mac and cheese side is decadent. The sommelier helped us pick the perfect Cabernet for the meal.
