About Chef Darin's Kitchen Table
Chef Darin's Kitchen Table offers hands-on cooking classes in Savannah's Starland District. Founded by Chef Darin Sehnert in 2015, the school features a fully equipped teaching kitchen with five KitchenAid dual-fuel ranges, double wall-ovens, and a 55-inch overhead monitor with remote control camera, ensuring maximum participation. Classes cover a variety of cuisines and techniques, allowing participants to immerse themselves in the cooking process and enjoy their culinary creations together. The school also offers a retail store featuring products selected by Chef Darin, including brands like Ankarsrum, Epicurean, Hestan, Smithey, Messermeister, and more. Additionally, they provide professional knife sharpening services for all types and brands of knives, both straight edge and serrated, with prices starting at $3 for knives under 5 inches and $5 for knives 5 inches or more. Free parking is available in the gated lot behind the building and on 42nd Street. Store hours are Tuesday - Friday: 11am-6pm, Saturday: 10am-6pm, closed on Sunday & Monday.
