Chef U Birmingham specializes in personalized in-home cooking classes, offering hands-on instruction tailored to individual or small group needs. Classes cover a variety of topics, including knife skills, date night meals, baking, weeknight dinners, special diets, cooking with kids, and dinner parties. Each session includes a menu, base recipes, additional recipes that build on the skills learned, and hands-on instruction. The class also includes setup, cleanup, and all of the delicious food that participants cook. Classes are designed for small groups to ensure personalized instruction, with most classes accommodating one or two people, but up to four can be arranged. The one exception is the Cooking with Kids class, which can accommodate larger groups if the kitchen space allows.
