Great Chinese food at a fair price in Miami Gardens. Chop Suey has a huge menu and everything we have tried has been excellent. The Kung Pao chicken is perfectly balanced.

Chop Suey does Cantonese cuisine better than anywhere in Miami Gardens. The steamed fish with ginger and scallion is delicate and perfect. Do not skip the egg tarts for dessert.

Authentic dim sum at Chop Suey on weekends is not to be missed. The har gow and siu mai are made fresh every morning. Best Chinese brunch in Miami Gardens.

The Peking duck at Chop Suey requires 24-hour notice but is absolutely worth it. Crispy skin, tender meat, and all the traditional accompaniments. A real culinary experience in Miami Gardens.

My family has been going to Chop Suey for years. The mapo tofu and dan dan noodles are authentic Sichuan. Spice levels are adjustable and the staff is always friendly.
