CJM Yoga & Ayurveda, led by Caroline Jay McGuire, RYT200 & RPYT, offers a holistic approach to yoga and wellness. Caroline has been practicing yoga since college and teaching since 2018, receiving her 235-hour teacher training from Devanadi School of Yoga and Wellness in 2018 and completing her 85-hour prenatal teacher training from Blooma in 2019. She has taught across various studios, fitness centers, and healthcare organizations in the Fargo-Moorhead area. Caroline's dedication to deepening her practice includes studying Ayurveda, Jyotisha, and other Vedic systems of understanding, primarily with Kaya Midlin (Yoga with Kaya) and Shantala Sriramaiah (Veda Studies). CJM Yoga & Ayurveda offers regular yoga classes at the YMCA of Cass & Clay Counties, Family Wellness, and out of Caroline's home studio in Fargo, known as 'The Yoga Room.' The education provided honors the cultural foundations of the teaching and challenges students to transform their practice by observing healthy movements of the spine. The studio emphasizes a personalized approach, integrating yoga and Ayurveda to support overall well-being and personal growth.
