Pipe burst at 11pm on a Saturday. Desert Plumbing answered the phone, had someone at my house in 45 minutes, and fixed it for $380 including parts. No crazy after-hours surcharge either. In Vegas, finding a plumber who answers the phone on weekends is gold.
