Annual Sentricon station check with Dixie Exterminators. All bait stations inspected, no termite activity detected. $350 for the annual monitoring fee. Druid Hills homes built before 1950 are termite magnets — this monitoring is essential insurance. Peace of mind for another year.

Dixie Exterminators found active termite damage in our Druid Hills home that our home inspector missed. Full treatment with Sentricon system — $1,800 for initial treatment plus $350/year monitoring. They found and treated damage in the crawl space. Atlanta's humidity breeds termites — annual inspection is essential.
