Called Downtown Air back for a duct cleaning after the AC replacement. $350 for full duct cleaning and sanitizing. Orlando humidity creates mold in ducts — they showed me photos of what they removed. 4 stars because scheduling took a week. But the air quality improvement is noticeable.

Downtown Air replaced our 15-year-old system with a Trane 16 SEER. $5,200 installed including new ductwork in the attic. Orlando summers are brutal — the new system keeps the house at 72 without running constantly. Took 2 days. Only 4 stars because they showed up an hour late both days.
