Downtown Nail & Spa does fast, clean nail work in the Gaslamp. $48 for gel mani. Perfect for a quick pampering session between downtown meetings. Walk-in friendly on weekday mornings. 4 stars because weekend tourist crowds make it hectic. Weekday visits are the sweet spot.
