Founded by Elizabeth Schmutzer, who has over 20 years of experience in teaching and managing Pilates and yoga studios, the studio offers small, intimate fitness classes every day, with each class having only 8-10 students to ensure proper hands-on instruction. Class formats include Pilates Reformer, Cardio Sculpt Pilates, Mat Pilates, Restorative Yoga, Beginner Vinyasa, Intermediate Ashtanga, and Aerial Yoga.
