ERC upgraded our 1970s Scottsdale home — new 200A panel, GFCI outlets throughout, EV charger circuit, and smart home wiring. $5,500 for the full project. Phoenix homes built before 1990 often have outdated aluminum wiring — ERC replaced critical circuits with copper. Passed inspection first try.
