Fog Harbor Fish House on Pier 39 gets dismissed as touristy but the cioppino is legitimately excellent. $34 for a massive bowl. Fresh Dungeness crab, local sourdough bread. The harbor views are incredible. 4 stars because it's crowded and loud. But the seafood quality is real. Go at 11:30am opening.
