Twelfth cut at Gents Barber Lounge. Derek has become more than my barber — he's my friend. We discuss Chicago sports, business, and life during every cut. $35 plus tip. The consistency, the relationship, the craft. This is what barbershop culture is supposed to be. Lincoln Park, every 4 weeks.

Fifth visit to Gents Barber Lounge. My barber Derek remembers my cut without me saying anything. Hot towel finish, sharp lineup, done in 30 minutes. $35. The consistency is what keeps me coming back. Lincoln Park parking is easy before 10am. Best barber in Chicago.

Gents Barber Lounge in Lincoln Park does the cleanest fades in the city. $35 for a cut. Dark wood interior, premium products, skilled barbers. I drive Uber downtown and keeping sharp is part of the job. Booking through their app is easy. Saturday mornings are the prime slot.
