Third year with Harbor Pest Control. Zero rodent activity, zero ant invasions, zero spider problems. They treat the perimeter quarterly and inspect the attic annually. $85/quarter. Point Loma coastal living requires this kind of consistent pest management. Wouldn't trust anyone else.
