Hero Plumbing saved us during the polar vortex. Pipes froze in our Uptown duplex at 4am on a -25 degree night. They were there by 6am, thawed everything, and replaced a cracked section. $450 for emergency service in those conditions. They also insulated all exposed pipes for free.
