The tom yum soup at Hildee's is deeply flavorful and the spice level is adjustable. The spring rolls are perfectly crispy and the peanut sauce is housemade. Great date night spot.

Family Thai dinner at Hildee's every Friday night. The kids love the pad thai and the adults love the drunken noodles. Consistent quality and the staff treats us like regulars.

Ordered the mango sticky rice at Hildee's and it was the best dessert I have had in a long time. The rest of the meal matched up to that standard. Excellent Thai food in Wimberley.

Good Thai food at Hildee's. The massaman curry is rich and hearty. A bit of a wait on weekends but worth it. The iced Thai tea is the perfect finish to the meal.

Hildee's is a find in Wimberley. The owners are from Chiang Mai and the Northern Thai dishes on the menu are not found anywhere else locally. The khao soi is extraordinary.

The pad see ew at Hildee's is perfectly charred with wok hei and the portions are generous. Best Thai in Wimberley and the prices are very reasonable for the quality.

Hildee's makes the best green curry in Wimberley. Coconut milk broth with just the right heat, fresh vegetables, and the rice soaks up every bit of sauce. Absolutely fantastic.
