The Peking duck at Ho Wan Noodle Shop requires 24-hour notice but is absolutely worth it. Crispy skin, tender meat, and all the traditional accompaniments. A real culinary experience in Lakeside.

Great Chinese food at a fair price in Lakeside. Ho Wan Noodle Shop has a huge menu and everything we have tried has been excellent. The Kung Pao chicken is perfectly balanced.

Ho Wan Noodle Shop does Cantonese cuisine better than anywhere in Lakeside. The steamed fish with ginger and scallion is delicate and perfect. Do not skip the egg tarts for dessert.
