Inail Spa does gel and dip sets with a South Beach flair. $55 for gel mani. The pedicure with sea salt scrub is $70 and perfect for sandal-ready feet. 4 stars because weekend walk-ins have 30+ minute waits. Book ahead, especially during tourist season. Quality is consistently good.
