Jim & Patty's Coffee People does pancakes better than anyone in Happy Valley. Thick, fluffy, and the berry compote is housemade. The coffee is locally roasted and the service is warm and cheerful.

The breakfast burrito at Jim & Patty's Coffee People is massive and loaded with scrambled eggs, chorizo, peppers, and cheese. The green chile sauce on top is incredible. Best breakfast value in Happy Valley.

Good breakfast spot in Happy Valley. Jim & Patty's Coffee People has solid omelets and the home fries are crispy. Coffee is always fresh and the staff is friendly even during the busy morning rush.
