About Kauai Raceway Park
Kauai Raceway Park is the westernmost NHRA-sanctioned track in the USA, operated by the Garden Isle Racing Association (GIRA). This not-for-profit corporation promotes safe motorsports and responsible street driving. The park hosts hundreds of spectators and competitors annually, with racers as young as 8 years old participating each year. GIRA is dedicated to running safe, well-organized races, covering expenses such as cash prizes, ambulance services, track preparation, lights, toilets, insurance, advertising, trash removal, sanctioning fees, trophies, track rental from DLNR, and security.
