The brisket at Kay's Island Grill is smoked low and slow for 18 hours and it shows. Perfect bark, incredible smoke ring, and melts in your mouth. Best BBQ in Miami Gardens period.

Ribs at Kay's Island Grill fall off the bone but still have the right amount of chew. The housemade sauce is tangy and sweet. Get there early because they sell out by 2pm most days.

Tried the BBQ sampler at Kay's Island Grill and every meat was cooked to perfection. The pulled pork was juicy, the sausage had a great snap, and the sides are incredible. Worth the wait in Miami Gardens.

Kay's Island Grill is our tailgate and family gathering BBQ spot in Miami Gardens. They do large orders with notice and the meat is always consistent. The burnt ends are a must-order.

Competition-level BBQ at Kay's Island Grill. The pitmaster knows what he is doing and the results speak for themselves. The smoked turkey was surprisingly the highlight of my meal.
