Classes are led by certified instructors who provide modifications for beginners and challenges for advanced practitioners. First class is free for new students. Monthly unlimited memberships, class packs, and drop-in rates available. Private sessions and corporate wellness programs offered. Our heated studio maintains optimal temperature and humidity for each class style. Proudly serving the Los Angeles metro area.
