The tasting room provides a variety of exclusive tastings and handcrafted cocktails designed for the island lifestyle. Guests can enjoy set drinks like the Hawaiian Hoki (Kentucky mule), Tradewind Gin and Tonic, Moonshine Refresher, Chocolate Macadamia Nut Old Fashioned, and Classic Old Fashioned. The distillery also hosts live music and food trucks on Fridays and Saturdays, creating a vibrant atmosphere for visitors. The tasting room and retail hours are Monday–Thursday from 12 pm to 7 pm, Friday–Saturday from 12 pm to 9 pm, and Sunday from 12 pm to 7 pm.
