Liberty Barbell & Fitness is a locally owned, family-operated gym located minutes from downtown Sioux Falls. Founded by Jona Leo, an IPF World Champion and USA Powerlifting Hall of Fame inductee, the gym offers a unique atmosphere for fitness enthusiasts of all levels. With equipment selected by Jona Leo himself, Liberty Barbell focuses on individualized training, allowing clients to work closely with experienced trainers to achieve their fitness goals. The facility provides a welcoming environment that encourages personal growth and camaraderie.
