Lolo's is New Orleans' first yoga studio dedicated to children, youth, families, and adults under one roof. They empower youth by teaching mindfulness skills and fostering creativity in a fun, semi-structured environment. Programs include camps, after-school activities, aerial yoga, dance, and art classes for kids, as well as open art studios, hip hop classes, yoga classes, and ladies nights for adults. Their child-led structure helps children make decisions that support their overall well-being, teaching them to be the 'boss' of themselves. Mindfulness practices like gratitude, deep breathing, meditation, and intentional relaxation are incorporated to help children manage stress and anxiety. Most programs are suitable for children ages 5-12, with some weekend programming noted for as young as 4. Parties are available for all ages.
