Water pressure was dropping for weeks. Finally called LRS Plumbing. Turned out the PRV valve needed replacing. $328 total and pressure is perfect now. Should have called sooner.

Okay so they were supposed to come between 10-12 and showed up at 1:30. Thats my only complaint. Once they got here the work was good and price was fair. Just wish they were more punctual.
